Maize USD 266 is seeking people to join the summer grounds crew.  The job will be full-time Monday-Friday from May 26-July 31.

Typical Duties

• Assist in planting trees, shrubbery, and seeds
• Prune trees
• Mow and trim
• Collect and dispose of leaves and refuse
• Light maintenance

Physical Demands, Working Environment

• Heavy lifting is common.  Occasionally work is done in extreme conditions.
• Generally the job requires lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, kneeling, crouching, stooping, and working with fine finger dexterity. 
• The position requires 50% sitting, 40% walking, 10% standing.
