Job Description

Providence Place at the Collegeville Inn is seeking an experienced and driven sales and marketing professional to join our team as Director of Sales. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, persuasive, and goal-oriented individual who thrives on building relationships, meeting new people, and making a meaningful impact in senior care. The Director of Sales plays a vital role in driving occupancy through strategic internal and external marketing efforts while delivering an exceptional experience to prospective residents and their families.


Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Respond to incoming inquiries (phone, email, web leads) and convert leads to scheduled community tours 
  • Conduct engaging tours for prospective residents, families, and referral partners with high close ratio
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and ensure timely follow-up 
  • Train and support team members in handling inquiries and conducting tours as needed 
  • Meet with prospects and families to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior care and healthcare professionals to generate consistent referrals 
  • Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans, including outreach, networking, and events to drive new business 
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure a smooth and seamless move-in experience
  • Maintain accurate daily reporting on census, move-ins, and apartment availability 
  • Host weekly Sales meeting and walk through with operations team to ensure clear communication pertaining to move-in/move outs and hot leads
  • Ensure model apartments are maintained to company standards 
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals 

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (senior living or healthcare preferred) 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and closing skills 
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities 
  • Passion for working with seniors and their families 
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset 
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Clean Driving Record
