The Dixon Group is looking for a Sr. Executive Assistant to join our team in Chestertown, MD! We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior executives through efficient calendar management, meeting coordination, and stakeholder liaison. This role involves preparing materials, tracking tasks, and following up on action items to ensure smooth daily operations. You will contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and have a keen eye for detail, this position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact at the executive level.
This is an onsite position with a required schedule at the designated location.

What You'll Do:
- Manage senior executive calendars and coordinate meetings efficiently
- Prepare materials for meetings and engagements
- Track tasks and follow up to ensure timely completion of action items
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and coordination
What We're Looking For:
- HS diploma required; Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven ability to prepare briefing materials and manage complex schedules
- Experience working in a confidential environment
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) with comfort in data entry, formulas, and professional document formatting.
- Ability to learn and implement new digital tools quickly and independently
