MAIN GOAL
The Floor Leader is responsible for overseeing day-to-day floor operations, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting team members to achieve, times of execution and schedule compliance to carry out every project in MOCA successfully.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Manage a team of workers, including their work schedules, resources, equipment, project progress and allocation roles by providing constructive feedback that ensures the quality guidelines and standardization processes.
- Train staff to perform allocated roles.
- Be responsible for the proper use of resources such as tools and equipment, ensuring they are used safely, in accordance with procedures, and maintained in good condition.
- Lead a safe workplace that complies OSHA, MOCA and Client's protocols and standards.
- Supervise the correct use of PPE.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2/3 years of experience as a skilled labor or in a similar role.
- Experience in the leadership of construction team.
- Fluent in English mandatory, Spanish preferred.
- 5S methodology preferred.
- TRAVEL REQUIRED: 100% of the time.
