Join our team as a Full-Time Automotive Parts Specialist! We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused individual eager to grow in a fast-paced environment for our Cadillac, MI store. This position offers hands-on experience, professional growth opportunities, and a chance to contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch service every day.



* Areas covered Harrison / Lake City /Cadillac/ Mt Pleasant and Remus. 




 



 



Key Responsibilities




  • Serve as the voice of our company by creating positive experiences with every phone call.

  • Provide efficient, accurate, and customer-focused assistance for all incoming calls.

  • Support customers by identifying the correct automotive parts, offering product options, and finalizing sales over the phone.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the parts, services, and solutions we provide.

  • Uphold our Never Say No values by offering all available product options and solutions.

  • Process orders, returns, and inquiries accurately within our systems.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily call center operations.

  • Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and a high level of product knowledge in every interaction.
