We’re looking for a high-energy Operations Manager focused on Groups & Parties to lead a dynamic team and take our guest experience to the next level. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love hospitality, and have a background in catering, events, or food service management, this is your opportunity to shine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations for group events, parties, and high-volume guest experiences
  • Manage and develop a team of 15–50+ employees (customer service, attractions, and food & beverage staff)
  • Oversee event execution, catering coordination, and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure excellent service standards across hospitality, food service, and attractions
  • Handle scheduling, staffing, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
  • Support special events, holiday operations, and peak business periods

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of management experience in:

            Restaurant Management
            Catering / Banquet Management
            Event Management
            Hospitality or Guest Services

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Experience in high-volume environments (restaurants, entertainment venues, hotels, etc.)
  • Passion for customer service and guest experience
  • Ability to multitask and manage events, staff, and operations simultaneously

Requirements

  • Age 21+
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food & Beverage or Catering experience REQUIRED
  • Weekend and holiday availability
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 39 lbs
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
