What You’ll Do
As a Service Advisor, you’ll lead day-to-day operations in the service lane while ensuring a high-quality, seamless customer experience.
- Oversee service drive operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Deliver prompt, professional, and customer-focused service at every touchpoint
- Take ownership of the customer experience and resolve issues proactively
- Provide concierge-level support for all customer inquiries (in person and by phone)
- Maximize technician productivity by managing and distributing work effectively
- Answer technical questions related to vehicle repairs, warranties, and services
- Maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction (CSI) performance
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle concerns and coordinating parts/tools
- Oversee warranty administration and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards
- Train, coach, and support service team members
- Reinforce company policies and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Build strong relationships with OEM partners and internal teams
What You Bring
- Proven experience in a Service Advisor or service leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities
- Track record of driving customer satisfaction and service performance
- Professional appearance and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
