The Marketing Strategy & Content team is responsible for producing and informing compelling, insight-driven marketing that cohesively showcases the holistic value of American Express to business customers. The Senior Analyst, B2B Content Site Product & UX owns the day-to-day management and optimization of the B2B Content Site as a digital product. This role is responsible for executing against the site strategy and roadmap, translating business needs and customer insights into high-quality user experiences that drive engagement and conversion. Partnering closely with strategy, content, and technology teams, this individual ensures seamless delivery, continuous optimization, and measurable performance impact.
Responsibilities
Own day-to-day product management of the B2B Content Site, executing against the UX roadmap and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of enhancements and optimizations.
Translate business priorities, customer insights, and performance data into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlog in partnership with engineering teams.
Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release execution, working closely with Technology partners to deliver site updates, features, and fixes.
Monitor site performance, analytics, and test-and-learn initiatives (A/B testing, usability, etc.) to identify optimization opportunities and improve conversion.
Partner cross-functionally with Content Strategy, Production, SEO, and Acquisition teams to support development of landing pages, templates, and end-to-end user journeys.
Support CMS operations (AEM), including content publishing, QA, tagging, and site governance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with accessibility and legal standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in digital product management, web strategy, UX, or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to inform decisions and optimizations.
- Experience working with CMS platforms (preferably Adobe Experience Manager) and familiarity with web publishing processes.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working with engineering teams to deliver digital products.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage timelines, processes, and deliverables effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly document requirements and share updates with stakeholders.
