We Ship Express is a growing logistics and fulfillment company with operations located across the United States. We are currently seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Backup Box Truck Driver who is looking to grow with a fast-paced and expanding company.

This position primarily supports daily warehouse operations while also serving as a backup driver for our 26� box truck route when needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working both in a warehouse environment and on the road.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Duties

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment

• Package, label, stack, and palletize outgoing shipments

• Perform quality checks on outgoing orders

• Assist with unloading and loading incoming deliveries

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

• Participate in ongoing quality improvement efforts

Driver Duties (as needed)

• Drive a 26� box truck to complete scheduled pickup routes

• Load and organize product inventory for transport

• Safely unload products at designated locations

• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle

• Complete required vehicle inspections before, during, and after each route

• Follow all company safety and driving policies

Qualifications

• Valid driver�s license

• Clean driving record with no moving violations in the past five years

• Minimum 2 years of experience driving a 26� box truck or larger

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds

• Comfortable standing and working on your feet for an entire shift

• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks preferred

• Warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate

• Dependable with strong attention to safety and detail

• Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift

• Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching

• Continuous use of hands and fingers

• Ability to push, pull, and lift items up to 50 pounds

• Work performed around moving mechanical equipment
