- Assist with the delivery and support lab-based instruction in construction and manufacturing fundamentals, including plumbing, electrical systems, and basic construction practices, ensuring safe and effective learning environments.
- Demonstrate and guide students in applied problem-solving using tools, materials, and technology relevant to both construction and advanced mobility systems.
- Collaborate with program instructors to reinforce industry standards and safety protocols, maintaining equipment and materials for optimal training experiences.
- Guide students through hands-on problem-solving activities that reinforce technical skills and workplace readiness.
- Collaborate with program instructors to align lab activities with course objectives, curriculum standards, and industry expectations.
- Inspect, maintain, and prepare lab equipment and materials to ensure functionality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Promote professionalism and industry best practices by modeling appropriate work habits, safety awareness, and teamwork.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
