Golf Call Center AgentJob Description:
Responsible for general customer service duties and assisting the golf administraiton staff with day-to-day operations. Performs other related duties as required.Typical Duties:
- Answers phone calls and books reservations for customers.
- Checks customers in for simulator bookings.
- Completes point-of-sale transactions for simulator rentals.
- Assures golf carts are clean and staged in an orderly fashion.
- Assists with practice area and driving range operations and management.
- Responsible for cleanliness of office and simulator rooms.
- Assists in other golf operations as requested.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated knowledge of golf industry and golf standards.
- Outstanding communications, public relations, and customer service skills.
- Ability to keep accurate records and maintain proper accounting of fees, purchases, and other activities.
- Ability to perform basic janitorial work.
