Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Travel & Expense (T&E)–related employee inquiries across IFF

• Deliver high‑quality customer service by resolving queries on policies, processes, systems, and reimbursements

• Support and administer the corporate credit card program, ensuring timely reviews and payments

• Audit expense reports, soft limits, and flags to ensure compliance with Corporate Travel Policy, local tax, and legal requirements

• Reconcile and research credit card transactions, misapplied payments, and outstanding charges

• Educate travelers and BU stakeholders on best practices, past‑due guidelines, and expense reporting procedures

• Monitor compliance and risk through regular report reviews and dashboards

• Partner with Corporate Security, Audit, and Shared Services Finance for account reviews and investigations

• Troubleshoot and resolve batch issues, payment failures, and system errors

• Drive process improvements by eliminating non‑value‑added steps and introducing efficiencies

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related finance discipline

• Prior 2-3 Years experience in Travel & Expenses processing, Helpdesk, or Shared Services environment

• Hands‑on experience with Concur and/or Travel Management Systems (TMS) (preferred)

• Strong working knowledge of corporate travel and expense policies

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (analysis, reporting, reconciliations)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting SLA and compliance commitments

• Strong analytical skills to research, resolve, and prevent recurring issues

• Demonstrated expertise as a subject matter expert in T&E and corporate credit card programs

• Experience creating T&E dashboards and spend analytics for leadership visibility

• Proven ability to proactively educate and train employees across business units

• Track record of improving processes through automation, standardization, or controls enhancement

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across global teams and leadership levels

• High attention to detail with a risk‑focused approach to audit readiness and compliance
