Description
Dishwasher is responsible for washing and returning dishes and utensils to food operations throughout the restaurant.
Requirements
• Runs the dish machine and insures that the temperature and chemicals are at safe levels.
• Washes all pots, pans, cutting boards and other items from the prep and line cooks.
• Takes out all trash, mops all floors and keeps the dish room clean and organized.
• Maintain a clean, neat and well-organized work area, including but not limited to reach-ins, walk-ins and counters.
• Performs duties noted on the daily tasks & cleaning schedule.
• Professional appearance – including a smile – is always expected.
• Must have an open availability and be willing to work weekends and holidays.
