Position overview
We have an opportunity for a permanent, full-time Manager, Enterprise Transformation in the Innovation and Technology Department. Reporting to the Director, Innovative Travel Solutions the Manager, Enterprise Transformation will lead the delivery, modernization, and governance of enterprise platforms and supporting boundary systems that enable critical business functions across YVR, including finance, asset management, engineering, operations, and corporate services.
The role is responsible for ensuring the enterprise technology ecosystem—including core platforms, supporting infrastructure, boundary systems, and integrations—remains stable, secure, and aligned with organizational priorities. This includes overseeing system lifecycle management, core system infrastructure and environments (servers, patching, releases, and platform reliability), modernization initiatives, and governance frameworks that support operational efficiency, financial integrity, and data reliability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead lifecycle management and modernization of enterprise systems supporting finance, asset management, engineering, and other corporate functions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts, technical analysts, and database specialists.
- Evaluate and prioritize operational enhancement requests to drive business value while ensuring alignment with system architecture and integrations.
- Direct system operations across development, testing, and production environments.
- Oversee release management, configuration changes, and deployment readiness.
- Build strong relationships with business units to understand operational needs and system priorities.
- Foster a collaborative culture focused on reliability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Key qualifications include:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience delivering and supporting enterprise systems or digital transformation initiatives, with minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience managing technical or business systems teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of enterprise finance and asset management systems, system architecture, integrations, and data flows.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise system architecture, integrations, and lifecycle management.
- Experience working with ERP, and asset management platforms.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise system upgrades, modernization initiatives, or platform transformations.
- Experience implementing governance frameworks related to system access and audit readiness
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-department initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
Although not required, French language skills are an asset as we are committed to providing bilingual services to our visitors and passengers.
