About the Role

CimSoft is seeking a dynamic Project Manager, Manufacturing and Digital Transformation to lead client-facing projects that modernize operations and deliver measurable performance improvements. This is a hybrid role that combines both project management and business analysis skill sets. If you thrive at the intersection of technology, process, and people—and you enjoy guiding clients through meaningful change—this role offers variety, challenge, and impact.

You’ll manage full project lifecycles, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and support clients as they adopt new systems and ways of working. This is a hands-on, client-centric role ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational problems and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

Lead Project Delivery

  • Own scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder alignment across multiple concurrent projects
  • Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, communication plans, and executive-ready status reports
  • Identify risks early, drive issue resolution, and maintain strong client confidence
  • Track project financials, forecast effort, and support margin integrity

Drive Business Analysis

  • Translate operational challenges into clear requirements, user stories, process maps, and solution specifications
  • Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Partner with technical consultants and solution architects to ensure alignment between business needs and system configuration

Enable Organizational Change

  • Develop change management strategies including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and communication plans
  • Create and deliver training materials, facilitate workshops, and coach client champions
  • Support clients in defining and tracking KPIs such as OEE, throughput, downtime, and quality

Be a Trusted Advisor

  • Communicate confidently with operators, analysts, plant managers, and executives
  • Contribute tools, templates, and lessons learned to strengthen delivery maturity

What You Bring

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems & Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Fluency in English and French
  • 4–7 years of experience in project management, business analysis, consulting, and system implementation
  • Demonstrable experience delivering client-facing projects in a professional services or consulting environment using waterfall, Agile, or hybrid frameworks
  • Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and workshop facilitation
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining quality and client trust
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and modern collaboration tools
  • Ability to analyze operational or financial data and translate insights into recommendations

Preferred

  • Experience with NetSuite ERP, Smartsheet, MES, ERP, industrial automation, or digital transformation projects
  • Familiarity with manufacturing performance metrics (OEE, downtime, scrap, yield, throughput)
  • Exposure to ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP) or industrial software ecosystems
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams and others to estimate levels of effort and write proposals for winning new client engagements
  • Experience training or coaching others
  • Exposure to organizational change management (OCM) frameworks and practices

Who You Are

  • Client-focused with strong leadership presence
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable in dynamic, evolving environments
  • Collaborative, curious, and committed to continuous learning
  • Able to connect technical execution with measurable business value

Work Environment
