Description
- Generate sales by developing new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing accounts
- Go into market every week to connect with chefs, caterers, hotels, and retail partners to build or acquire business
- Present Baldor’s premium product line using samples, catalogs, and consultative selling techniques
- Prepare contracts, quote prices, and manage credit terms to close deals effectively
- Provide accurate timelines for delivery, manage customer expectations, and ensure timely payment collections
- Maintain organized records of business transactions, update CRM systems, and track account receivables
- Partner with inside sales representatives to coordinate account activities and customer support
- Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Represent Baldor’s values while fostering long-term partnerships rooted in trust
- Experienced: 4+ years of proven success in sales (food sales, restaurant, or catering preferred)
- Passionate: Genuine love for food and the culinary industry
- Relationship Builder: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Competitive base salary: $70,000–$90,000 annually (depending on experience)
