As an Executive Assistant at TQL, you will directly support a senior leader, ensuring their day-to-day operations run efficiently and effectively. This role requires a highly organized, proactive professional who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities and operate with a high level of discretion. What you’ll do:
Manage a complex, fast-moving calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel
Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics and materials are prepared in advance
Prepare, edit and format correspondence, presentations and reports with a high level of accuracy
Track priorities, deadlines and follow-ups to ensure key deliverables are executed on time
Support ongoing projects and initiatives by coordinating with cross-functional teams
Maintain organized systems for files, documents and communications
Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Provide occasional logistical support related to scheduling and coordination outside of standard business activities
Who we’re looking for:
3+ year of administrative, office support or related experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to anticipate needs and adapt quickly to changing priorities
High attention to detail with strong proofreading capabilities
Demonstrated professionalism, discretion and sound judgment
