Key Responsibilities:
- Lead
Generation: Identify and research outbound and inbound leads within
the aviation industry, including aircraft operators, MROs (Maintenance,
Repair, and Overhaul), and OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers). - Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through various communication
channels, including phone calls, emails, and InMail’s. Craft persuasive
messages that highlight the value of CAMP's aviation solutions. - Qualification: Evaluate leads' needs, challenges, and decision-making processes to
determine their suitability for CAMP's services. Qualify and segment leads
based on criteria such as budget, timeline, and intent. - Appointment
Setting: Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments or
product demonstrations with qualified leads. Ensure a seamless handover of
information to the sales team. - Relationship
Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with leads by
providing information, addressing inquiries, and nurturing prospects
throughout their buyer's journey. - CRM
Reporting: Utilize Salesforce to manage and document all interactions,
update lead status, and track progress in the sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's
degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - Proven
experience of 2+ years in sales and business development, preferably in
the technology industry. - Strong
interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Experience
using CRM software and sales tools. - Proven
ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Results-driven
mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets. - Excellent organizational and time management
skills
