Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential, construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager � Estimate to be part of revolutionizing these industries.
This role will own and execute the roadmap for a core Estimate product, translating business goals and customer needs into clear priorities and actionable plans. You�ll collaborate across teams to drive the implementation, track success metrics, and deliver exceptional product experiences.
What You Will Do:
- Drive the future growth & success of a core estimating platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to define product strategy and analyze internal and customer needs. You are the product evangelist.
- Execute the continued build-out of the estimating platform while driving efficiency and improvement. You will help craft the vision of what this process will be, how it looks & how it feels like. Ensure the end-user is kept in mind to make it an easy tool to use. You will be the person who enables this tool move fast, scale & remove any roadblocks.
- Advocate for customers by deeply understanding their needs and ensuring products deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Oversee development and work closely with engineering, design, sales, and other stakeholders to prioritize features, resolve complex challenges, and ensure alignment on goals.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
- Create and deliver clear, engaging resources and education for internal & external customers on product offerings, features, benefits & value propositions.
- Gather and synthesize information from a lot of stakeholders & moving parts into simple soundbites, updates, directions & requirements.
- You will be recognized as a Subject Matter Expert.
- You are an owner; you feel personally accountable & responsible.
- Proactively look for problems & inefficiencies and find elegant solutions before they become issues. Be innately curious - before you even consider a solution, you seek to understand and clearly articulate a problem.
- Maintain a robust backlog, breaking projects into attainable milestones.
- Define & track metrics, including financial, to assess success & inform continuous improvement of products. Report out findings to ensure the team & stakeholders are aligned on goals.
- Create and maintain clear product documentation as a single source of truth and ensure documentation standards are met across projects. Communicate updates, requirements, and progress effectively.
- Support the growth of less experienced team members by mentoring, assisting with training, and acting as a resource.
What You Need to Succeed:
- You have 5+ years of demonstrated success as a Product Manager or related role.
- Bachelor�s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in a technology-focused role including familiarity with Autodesk Revit and 3D modeling concepts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical messages, spotlight benefits & tradeoffs to provide clarity & direction. Work to build consensus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and recall detailed information in a timely manner.
- Deep Business acumen with the ability to complete actionable market analysis, generate feedback, optimize digital product offerings and own roadmap strategy.
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to lead a team of non-direct reports to push the solution, progress, and end to end product or feature delivery.
- Highly adaptable and resilient, with the ability to adjust and change direction as the business & tech environments evolve. Entrepreneurial in spirit; unchartered territories & problems energize you. We are Agile, and we need you to be too!
- Strong collaboration, relationship-building skills, and customer service, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience owning and launching Customer and Associate-facing tools, features, and enhancements.
- Experience working to build consensus with senior leadership through data driven insights is preferred.
