Shift: Monday-Friday: Any shift with every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation
We are seeking a trained Pain management candidate to join our well-established inpatient pain management team. Our multidisciplinary pain service has been actively rounding in the hospital for over 10 years and is an integral part of patient care across the organization. While this position primarily supports the pain team, there will be additional staffing requirements outside of the pain service.
This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with hospitalists, surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing, and other healthcare professionals to optimize pain management strategies for a diverse patient population. The pharmacist will round daily with the pain team and provide direct clinical support across surgical, obstetrical, and general medicine services.

Education:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D
Experience:
- PGY-1 residency and/or 5 or more years as a clinical pharmacist
- 1 or more years of experience staffing the relevant shift/therapeutic area (not necessarily full time)
Certification/License:
- Wisconsin licensed pharmacist

- Experience/talent in clinical pharmacist skills needed to effectively staff a specific clinical pharmacist shift:
