Sales & Operator Support:
- Provide technical and creative advice to customers and operators
- Develop recipes and calculate costings
- Support demonstrations, workshops and trade fairs
- Analyze complaints and provide technical solutions
Marketing & Innovation:
- Identify trends and translate them into new products/concepts
- Create inspirational content (from basic to high-end)
- Develop visual content (photo/video/social media)
- Collaborate with marketing, category, and culinary teams
- Support the marketing team in developing sales tools (brochures, selling stories, offline/online content)
Brand Development & Training:
- Contribute to brand campaigns and concepts
- Share knowledge through internal and external training (e.g., for wholesalers’ culinary advisors, sales teams, and chefs from commercial chains)
- Act as an active brand ambassador both online and offline
- Support the Culinary Team EUR
- Participate in national and regional demonstrations and trade fairs
- Support the national network (chef ambassadors & partners)
This role has a wide list of internal (Marketing & Sales NL/FR, Global Marketing, R&D, Product Category Team, Debic Culinary Community) and external (trade partners, operators, key accounts, media, schools, partners, competitions) contacts.
