As a Restorative Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, focusing on rehabilitation, recovery, and overall wellness. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, under the supervision of licensed nursing staff

  • Provide emotional support and engagement to residents, promoting their mental and emotional well-being

  • Assist with rehabilitation programs, including range-of-motion exercises, transfers, and ambulation

  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or behavior to licensed nursing staff

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and facility policies

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
