Shift Schedule: 2nd shift - Monday through Thursday, 3:30 P.M. - 2:00 A.M., with some overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance services on all mechanical systems equipment and components

Repair equipment, as needed.

Perform facility repair, as needed.

Meet with Vendor/contractors at Allen & Plano locations for out sourced repairs

Maintain preventive maintenance logs on all equipment and systems

Pick up parts from Vendors/contractors

Welding

Replace worn components before mechanical breakdown occur

Maintain and take periodic inventory parts, materials, and components

Cross-train other personnel (custodial and maintenance) in visual and sound inspection of equipment to gain a timely reporting response to system trouble.

Perform other duties as requested.
