About the Role:

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, organized, and intrinsically motivated Corporate History Associate to support our ongoing efforts to preserve, manage, and share the history of our organization. This part‑time, on‑site role is ideal for someone who values meaningful work, enjoys archival processes, and takes genuine satisfaction in steady progress and completed tasks.

Schedule & Availability:

  • Hours are flexible, provided they are worked between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Flexibility is paired with consistency: this role requires reliable availability to complete up to 20 hours per week and meet weekly production goals on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digitize and archive a minimum of 50 pages of documents per week, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and proper metadata.
  • Digitize and archive a minimum of 10 historical photographs per week, following established archival standards.
  • Add to and maintain the master project list, logging new historical information, materials, and leads as they are received.
  • Use ArchivEra software (training provided) to catalog, organize, and manage digital records.
  • Participate in weekly check‑ins with the supervisor to review progress, align priorities, and plan upcoming work.

Qualifications & Attributes:

  • Demonstrated ability to work productively and independently; the right candidate takes real delight in getting things done and moving projects forward.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and follow‑through.
  • Comfortable learning and using new software tools, including ArchivEra.
  • Highly organized, with the discipline to meet minimum weekly output expectations consistently.
  • Interest in corporate history, archives, libraries, museum studies, or historical research (preferred but not required).

Our Values in Action:

This role is especially grounded in Clyde’s core values:

  • Our word is our bond — commitments are taken seriously, schedules are honored, and expectations are met.
  • Always give a full measure — work is done carefully, thoroughly, and with pride.
  • Continuously improving — processes, systems, and personal skills are refined over time in pursuit of excellence.

What Success Looks Like:

Success in this role means steady, dependable progress; completed weekly deliverables; organized and searchable records; and a growing archival collection that reflects care, consistency, and respect for the company’s history.
