- Take initiative to generate demand and sell products in identified projects by convincing the project owner’s/influencers about our systems/products.
- Appoint enough no of project dealers and ensure development of enough no of trained applicators attached to these project dealers.
- To design and implement GCCT strategy and Major Initiatives for ensuring achievement of Sales and Margin Objectives
- Planning, implementing and reviewing the Sales & Distribution Strategy
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Customer
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Sales Objectives
· Drive identified Initiatives in the assigned area to achieve the overall sales objectives
· Identify& effectively implement Major and Key initiatives in the areas of Market Development, Distribution expansion& Sales Operation
· Identify the critical/burning issues of the assigned area affecting sales & take remedial action/ escalate wherever needed
· Continuously identify gaps in the regular working of sales support staff and remedy the situation without allowing it to damage the business
· Support the Concrete Admixture, CPR & Injection business driven nationally from HO
· Work closely with the Channel partners to jointly secure business.
· Identify and work with the Marketing Team & Product Managers to develop Authorized applicators in the Zone.
Qualification: Diploma Civil Engineering
B.E./ B. Tech: Civil Engg
MBA .
Experience: 5 yrs or more in Technical Sales of Building material.
Experience in Sales of Admixture systems and Injection systems is preferred.
