What you'll do...
- Analyze and scope software requirements, including functional and non-functional aspects, to align with business objectives.
- Design scalable, maintainable software components using established architecture and design patterns.
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality code adhering to coding standards and security policies.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and debugging to ensure reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver iterative and incremental software solutions.
- Implement automation scripts to support continuous integration and delivery processes.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to optimize system availability.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in software architecture, design patterns, and scalable distributed systems.
- Proficiency in multiple coding languages such as Java, Python, and C, with adherence to coding standards and guidelines.
- Strong skills in code review, debugging, and delivering maintainable, testable, and secure code.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and automation scripting.
- Ability to analyze requirements, perform risk assessments, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Expertise in test case creation, defect management, and root cause analysis.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and technical acumen in iterative and incremental development environments.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
