We're currently seeking a Summer Intern for Commercial Lease Administration Department for our growing portfolio of properties.

Candidate will work part-time in our corporate office located in Piscataway, NJ.

 

Position Summary:  

Assist staff members with overflow work such as filing, updating critical reports and inputting data in the department’s software system. 

This internship will provide the opportunity to gain knowledge on how a department operates, organizational skills, communication skills, technical skills by using department software system which technical skills can carry over to other industries, report creation, etc.

 



Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Department Filing System: Organize both the paper and electronic files for the department.
  • MRI Software System:   Input critical information in the MRI Software System used to track important dates and Lease requirements.  Assist in preparing reports.
  • Documentation Management: Update reports/MRI for Tenant information such as Certificates of Insurance, Tenants contact information, and other data needed to manage the portfolio.
