Join our vibrant educational community as a Full-Time Teacher specializing in preschool-aged children! Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate curricula with a co-teacher that promote early childhood development, literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional skills.
  • Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management strategies.
  • Plan and execute daily lesson plans aligned with educational standards and individualized learning needs.
  • Foster effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues to support child welfare and educational goals.
  • Manage classroom activities efficiently, ensuring safety protocols are followed and routines are maintained smoothly.
  • Incorporate specialized techniques such as Montessori methods or early intervention strategies to support diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Assess student progress regularly through observations and portfolios

Experience

  • Experience working with children with special education needs or in early intervention programs is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and childcare best practices are highly desirable
  • Familiarity with teaching physical education, literacy education, math concepts, and daycare or private school environments.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and community partners.

Pay is subject to your experience and your level on the MRTQ rating scale.
