Job Description

This position is primarily responsible for performing general/preventive maintenance and repairs, as well as ground maintenance. Performs maintenance repairs such as: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.

 

Qualifications

Bilingual (Spanish/English) required

One year experience in building maintenance or construction

Professional appearance and demeanor

Knowledge of manual and electrical hand tools

Must be able to operate motorized equipment

Valid Texas Driver’s License

Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours and weekends based on project requirement

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
