Job Description

Austill's Educational Therapy Services, the leading provider of school-based related services in southeastern PA, seeks an Occupational Therapist to work 3 days per week with school age children in the Lebanon, PA area. Entry level therapists with pediatric fieldwork experience are encouraged to apply! Additional opportunities in surrounding communities to make a 5-day caseload, if desired!

Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist:




  • Provide direct therapy to students from preschool to grade 12.

  • Consult with teachers, other therapists, support staff, and families to facilitate classroom participation and maximize the student’s potential.

  • Fulfill documentation requirements, including data collection, progress updates for marking periods, and yearly IEP revisions with updated goals and treatment strategies.

  • Attend IEP meetings as recommended.

  • Travel may be required throughout the school day.
