Responsibilities
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments within the EMR
system, ensuring alignment with provider availability and
scheduling protocols - Confirm appointments with patients and clinical staff to
minimize no-shows and optimize scheduling efficiency - Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries via
phone and email - Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts; escalate complex
issues as needed - Accurately update patient demographics and close CRM tickets
on time - Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and internal compliance
policies in all documentation and communications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support patient
access and streamline care delivery
Requirements
Requirements:
- Medical license or awaiting medical license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical or clinical setting
- Proven attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with EMR systems (preferred)
- Prior experience in patient scheduling or care coordination
(preferred)
