Summary of Job Functions:
The Commissary Team Member will minimize Food waste. Will perform all duties assigned in an efficient and timely manner. Follow all route policies for delivery and packing. Ensure that all product leaving the facility are within code following all City and or Sate food handling protocol.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS preferred:
Prior experience in a TNT Store or Quick Service Restaurant
Good listening, memory and problem solving skills
Professional image
Working knowledge of basic kitchen equipment
Good communication skills
Education/Training preferred:
Current Food Handlers certificate
Prior food or hospitality service experience
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Be able to work days/shifts assigned including early mornings, weekends and holidays, as required for commissary / kitchen
Self-motivated; ability to work without continued supervision
Have reliable telephone service and be able to return telephone calls in a timely manner
Successfully pass all compliance related required training
