We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance / Plant Utility Worker to join our team. This role is essential in keeping our facility clean, organized, and running efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in an industrial environment. This position works Monday through Friday (start time will be either 6am or 7am, TBD) and overtime when necessary.  Pay is DOE.

This position requires physical activity including but not limited to repetitive use of hands and arms, lifting, carrying, standing, walking, bending, twisting, turning, pushing and pulling.  Must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general facility cleanup and housekeeping
• Empty wood bins and manage material waste
• Feed materials into the chipper safely and efficiently
• Assist with general plant maintenance tasks as needed
• Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility

Requirements:

• Ability to operate a forklift (certification preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to safety procedures
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or plant environment is a plus
