MSHS Pacific Power Group is looking for a Logistics Specialist to support day-to-day shipping, coordination, and material movement across our operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring equipment, parts, and tools get where they need to be on time and in compliance with all requirements.

About the Role

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and supporting the movement of materials across domestic and international operations.


This role works closely with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure shipments are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. You’ll be responsible for maintaining documentation, tracking shipments, and ensuring all logistics processes align with company and regulatory requirements.

  

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments
• Work with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to schedule and track deliveries
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs paperwork)
• Ensure compliance with transportation and logistics regulations
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
• Maintain accurate records in logistics or ERP systems
• Support inventory movement and material coordination across operations
• Communicate shipment status and updates to internal stakeholders

  

Required Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or related field
• Experience with shipment coordination (domestic and/or international)
• Familiarity with shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs paperwork)
• Experience working with carriers and vendors
• Experience with logistics or ERP systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously

  

Desired Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Associate degree with relevant experience also considered
• Experience in industrial, marine, or technical service environments
• Strong communication and coordination skills
