Born Interactive is looking for a results-driven Account
& Growth Manager with a solid background in paid media and
performance marketing. This role focuses on driving customer acquisition,
activation, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies and
optimized media investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage
  and grow a portfolio of client accounts across industries.
  
• Define
  client business goals and translate them into measurable paid media
  strategies and campaign objectives.
  
• Develop,
  execute, and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns (Meta, Google,
  LinkedIn, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.).
  
• Plan
  and manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve performance
  targets.
  
• Monitor
  campaign performance, conduct testing, and implement continuous
  optimization strategies.
  
• Provide
  clear performance reports with strategic recommendations.
  
• Collaborate
  with internal teams to align media, creative, and strategy for optimal
  results.
  
• Stay
  up to date with digital trends, platform updates, and best practices to
  drive growth.
  

Requirements

• BA
  or MA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  
• 3–5
  years of experience in paid media management and performance marketing.
  
• Proven
  track record managing digital advertising budgets and delivering
  measurable ROI.
  
• Strong
  understanding of performance metrics.
  
• Strong
  analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  
• Excellent
  command of English and Arabic. French is a plus.

Location

Position
based in Beirut, Lebanon, with occasional travel.
