Engineer - UI React, ReactJS, 6-8 yrs .We are seeking an experienced UI Engineer (React) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ReactJS, modern UI frameworks, front‑end performance optimization, and building scalable enterprise-grade applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, backend engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, resilient, and intuitive user interfaces for Citi’s strategic platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive, high‑performance UI applications using React and related technologies.


• Build modular, reusable, and testable components aligned with Citi’s UI standards and architectural guidelines.


• Work closely with Product and UX teams to translate requirements and wireframes into high-quality UI implementations.


• Integrate UI components with backend APIs and microservices, ensuring secure and optimized data flows.


• Optimize application performance, reliability, and rendering efficiency across browsers and devices.


• Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and maintain high standards of code quality.


• Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI issues across development, testing, and production environments.


• Collaborate with global engineering teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to continuous improvement.


• Ensure adherence to security controls, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and enterprise compliance frameworks.
