Some Typical Duties & Responsibilities Include:
The employee will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis necessary throughout the life cycle of the program which consists of execution year (funds management/cash flow, audit support, cost controls, financial closing) and leading the development of NNSA’s out-year budget/funding requests (Future Years Nuclear Security Program). Job duties include but are not limited to training/mentoring financial staff members, conducting complex financial analysis, working independently with guidance in only the most complex situations, active collaboration with program managers and federal clients.
- Prepares presentations for project reviews, client reviews, management reviews, etc.
- Utilize planning meetings as appropriate to gather data for database input.
- Collects data, inputs updates, and produces cost/scheduling management reports that enables the effective management of program scope.
