I.
Position Summary
Serving each and every guest that enters the restaurant with the best experience possible
II.
Job Functions
- Ability to execute all host and server assistant job functions
- Pre-bussing, Order-taking, delivery, and clearing of food and/or beverage (including N/A) items
- Accurately
taking orders and delivering orders in a timely manner - Alerting manager on duty of any allergies
- Checking
stations beginning, during, and end of shifts to ensure proper set-up and
cleanliness in accordance to SNHD and company policy - Greeting
guests in a friendly and timely manner with your name and any
specials/recommendations - Suggestive selling of drinks, appetizer, and desserts
- Writing down and repeating orders back to ensure accuracy
- Inputting orders into Pixel to inform kitchen of the particulars of the order, including the correct modifications
- Retrieving
order from kitchen and ensuring accuracy before delivery to guest - Full
ingredients and cocktail knowledge - Performing side work at the start and running end of each shift
- Brewing
tea, setting up soda station - Polishing
silverware - Maintaining condiments
- Inspecting restroom as needed
- Brewing
- Understanding
and utilization of all server POS functions - Understanding of different order types
- Ability to accurately check ID’s
- Opening
and closing server responsibilities - Preparing and processing check in a timely manner for each guest
- Fully
understanding upselling, sales approaches, and common complaints - Preparing and processing check in a timely manner

Job Functions Repeated in Host and Server Assistant Description:
- Understanding and utilization of table and seat numbers and ability to perform pivot system
- Understanding
of all Nacho Daddy branded items - Making each guest feel welcomed and valued, delivering a WOW experience
- Deep cleaning tasks
- Full knowledge of menu items
- Ability
to maintain an accurate bank - Fully understanding how to prioritize yourself, maintain dining room, safety and sanitation, company policies, and the basic steps of service.
- Retrieving
order from kitchen and ensuring accuracy before delivery to guest - Abiding all state, federal, and restaurant liquor policies
- Ensuring
sanitizer buckets are in accordance to health standards and changed every 2-4
hours - Labeling prepared food and understanding of the labeling system
- Cleaning
and resetting tables - Verifying
guests who purchase alcohol are at least 21 years of age, and that alcohol is
consumed in designated areas - Using TAM techniques to monitor guest’s alcohol consumption
- Providing
excellent service when delivering food to each guest and getting additional
items quickly and efficiently
III. Job Requirements
- Must
be at least 21 years of age (unless state law allows 18 years of age) - Company required certification cards
- Minimum
1 year serving experience preferred - Experience
in a night life setting is preferred - Must
have a well groomed disposition to make a favorable impression - Demonstrated
ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic
and outgoing manner - Must
be able to stand, walk, carry food for up to at least 8 hours in fast-paced,
crowded, and noisy environments - At
times, must be able to lift at least 50 pounds - Ability
to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions - Ability
to speak, read, comprehend, and converse comfortably with guests in
English - Must
be able to maneuver through the restaurant and tables - Accurate math/cash handling skills
- Compliance
to any reasonable request by management
