We are looking for a Sr. Business Process Specialist to join our team Nationwide!

Summary -


Provides technical leadership and architectural direction for Pardot operations. Designs scalable, secure, and sustainable platform solutions aligned to organizational strategy.

A typical day will include the following:

  • Define and govern Pardot platform architecture and standards

  • Design complex automation, integrations, and data models

  • Lead technical solution design across initiatives

  • Evaluate platform impacts, risks, and scalability

  • Guide and mentor technical team members

  • Partner with leadership to shape technical roadmap

  • Ensure long‑term platform health and integrity


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent

  • Minimum 5-7 years experience

  • Pardot Certification, mandatory

National Salary Range: $125,829-140,632

Ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
