Job Description

In this role, you will ensure business-managed applications deliver measurable value, align with organizational priorities, and remain fit for purpose throughout their lifecycle. Acting as the bridge between business needs and application capabilities, this role drives operational efficiency, user adoption, and continuous improvement through proactive analysis, vendor engagement, and application specific lifecycle management.

What you’ll get to do:

  • Ensure assigned applications consistently deliver business outcomes by monitoring performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing changes that enhance efficiency and member experience.
  • Analyze applications and system gaps, recommending configurations, process changes, or workarounds to maintain operational continuity
  • Coordinate configuration, testing, and deployment of new features, upgrades, and releases.
  • Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm business requirements are met.
  • Serve as first point of contact for issues reported to Helpdesk, collaborating with vendors and staff to troubleshoot, find resolution and create workarounds when required.
  • Deliver targeted training and materials for end users to promote best practices and adoption of technology.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships, participating in feature reviews, roadmap planning, and utilization workshops.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, plus 4-6 years of experience working within Credit Union systems.  An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Working knowledge of core banking systems, digital banking platforms, Microsoft 365 applications, or hands-on experience using these systems and applications in a professional setting. Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to FISERV DNA, DOXIM CEM, and VeriPark VeriChannel.
  • Proven ability to problem solve, troubleshoot and make recommendations
  • Familiarity with change management principles and agile delivery methods
  • The ability and comfort to manage multiple change requests, roll-outs or enhancement projects with conflicting deadlines in a team environment
