Full-Time | Leadership Role

Kingston Residence of Santa Fe is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead brand growth, community engagement, and strategic marketing initiatives for our senior living and healthcare services. This role plays a key part in strengthening market presence, increasing census, and connecting families to high-quality care in the Santa Fe community.

Position Overview

The Marketing Director is responsible for planning, executing, and leading comprehensive marketing strategies that promote Kingston Residence of Santa Fe, increase community awareness, and support occupancy and service growth. This leader works cross-functionally with operations, clinical, and corporate teams to build strong campaigns that drive engagement, referrals, and brand recognition in the local healthcare and senior living market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with census, revenue, and growth goals

• Lead digital marketing efforts including social media, website content, email campaigns, and online presence optimization

• Strengthen local market visibility through community outreach, partnerships, and brand initiatives in Santa Fe and surrounding areas

• Analyze market trends, referral patterns, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

• Manage and optimize marketing budget to maximize return on investment

• Lead and mentor marketing team members to ensure strong campaign execution and consistent messaging

• Collaborate with leadership, clinical teams, and admissions to align marketing strategy with organizational priorities

• Support brand positioning for senior living, assisted living, and healthcare services within the Kingston community

Qualifications

• Bachelor�s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master�s preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or director-level role

• Proven success developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand development, and campaign analytics

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

• Healthcare, senior living, or service-based marketing experience strongly preferred

• Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and ethical advertising practices is a plus
