�� What You’ll Be Doing
This isn’t just a job—it’s a career accelerator. As an Associate (Trainee) Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:
- �� Use digital tools, referrals, and events to find top talent
- �� Interview and assess candidates to match them with the right roles
- �� Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- �� Negotiate offers - Make placements
- �� Manage the full recruitment cycle (360) from start to finish
- �� Vertical market specialist
