We are looking for an experienced change management leader to play a pivotal role in the execution of transformation projects that are critical to our business strategy. You will combine proven change management techniques with project management to drive adoption of new tools, processes, and organizational structures. You will act as a trusted partner to executives and cross-functional teams across the enterprise – owning end-to-end change strategy, defining change approaches, maximizing people readiness and ensuring initiatives achieve results. Your insight will accelerate ROI, minimize resistance, and enhance our agility.
What You’ll Do
- In partnership with business leaders and communications, lead the change strategy for large, complex transformation initiatives, aligning people, process, and behavior change to enterprise objectives
- Provide end-to-end change management consult and execution for initiatives including, but not limited to, conducting impact assessments, stakeholder analyses and readiness evaluations to inform tailored change strategies
- Create change governance processes and visibility to change roadmaps for senior leadership, with a view to prioritization, sequencing, and resource planning
- Provide change leadership, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leader and project teams. Develop narratives, materials and recommendations that inform decision-making and accelerate adoption
- Collaborate cross functionally to build capability, align roles, responsibilities and governance structures to drive alignment and accountability across stakeholders
- Integrate change across multiple programs and initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and intentional experience for impacted stakeholders
- Partner to embed change into operating rhythms and business processes
- Anticipate resistance and systemic risks, proactively designing mitigation strategies suited to complex environments
- Use data, analytics and stakeholder feedback to measure effectiveness, track adoption, and continuously refine change strategies.
- Scale impact beyond direct ownership by coaching leaders, sharing best practices, and contributing to Masco’s broader change capability and agility.

What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience leading organizational change in large, complex enterprises
- Deep expertise in recognized change management methodologies applied pragmatically to deliver results (e.g., Prosci, Kotter)
- Strong project management capability
- Strong executive presence and proven track record of ability to influence, challenge, and align senior leaders up to the executive level
- Proven ability to operate independently at an enterprise level, making sound strategic decisions in ambiguous and evolving contexts
- Ability to translate complex transformations into clear, actionable guidance that drives behavior change; Balance strategic thinking with disciplined execution
- Track record of managing multiple, high-stakes initiatives with competing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, or related field
