Role: Account Coordinator 

Location: Montreal, QC

As a member of the Account Management team, you will be in the unique position to work closely with individuals from other departments including Sales, Trading, Analysis and Product. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative duties;

  • CRM (Salesforce) – IO creation and all associated administration tasks required for assigned accounts.

  • Preparing account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting notes etc. 

  • Supporting Sales/ AM teams in the creation of campaign proposals

  • Supporting the campaign activation teams by ensuring all relevant assets are gathered and campaigns run smoothly. 

  • Creating and sharing campaign screenshots and assisting in reporting mid and post campaigns. 

  • Supporting with Insight planning and creation

  • Inputs – Considering client objectives, client challenges, vertical specific insights & macro factors.

  • Helping the AE and AM’s with Internal project management 

  • Maintaining the highest level of service both internally and externally

  • Ensuring / the integrity of the G drive and relevant documents are saved centrally 

  • Maintaining & updating campaign tracker 

Finance

  • Tracking of missing PO numbers & invoices queries  

  • Maintaining the integrity of Vision financial report 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Working in a team environment

  • Customer service experience preferable

Pay Transparency

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Quebec, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Quebec and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $45,000- $55,000. This range does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.
