Position Summary

BB&E is currently looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the 35th Civil Engineer Squadron (35 CES) at Misawa Air Base, Japan. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating operational activities across engineering and project support functions, ensuring efficient execution of mission requirements.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities across engineering, planning, and project teams
• Support mission planning and execution of tasks in alignment with 35 CES priorities
• Oversee and synchronize schedules, tasking, and workflow across multiple projects
• Facilitate coordination between Government stakeholders, engineers, and project managers
• Support command and control (C2)-style tracking of activities, deliverables, and priorities
• Monitor project timelines and ensure alignment with milestones and deadlines
• Identify scheduling conflicts, resource gaps, and operational risks and recommend solutions
• Assist in development of reports, briefings, and operational updates (including MSR inputs)
• Support meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through on assigned tasks
• Maintain visibility of ongoing operations to ensure efficient and synchronized execution
