Pacific States Environmental Contractors, Inc., Northern California’s premier environmental contractor, is seeking a Project Manager to join our management team in the Bay Area. You will play a key role in both field and project operations, supporting the successful execution of complex heavy civil projects. Responsibilities
Reporting to a Construction Manager, responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Project Planning and Execution
- Understand our client’s needs and the scope of the project.
- Estimate resources needed to complete projects.
- Oversee CPM, 3 Week, and 9 Day schedules.
- Pre-costing activities of work.
- Manage the cost report, AR and AP aspect of assigned projects.
Team Management
- Manage one or more direct reports.
Safety Management
- Conduct site safety surveys to evaluate safety program implementation.
- Monitor subcontractor safety performance to ensure Cal-OSHA compliance.
- Implement and enforce company and client safety policies.
