Pacific States Environmental Contractors, Inc., Northern California’s premier environmental contractor, is seeking a Project Manager to join our management team in the Bay Area. Responsibilities

Reporting to a Construction Manager, responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Project Planning and Execution

• Understand our client’s needs and the scope of the project.
• Estimate resources needed to complete projects.
• Oversee CPM, 3 Week, and 9 Day schedules.
• Pre-costing activities of work.
• Manage the cost report, AR and AP aspect of assigned projects.

Team Management

• Manage one or more direct reports.

Safety Management

• Conduct site safety surveys to evaluate safety program implementation.
• Monitor subcontractor safety performance to ensure Cal-OSHA compliance.
• Implement and enforce company and client safety policies.

• Other duties as directed by the Construction Manager.
