Responsibilities:

• Provide health care services in clients' residences

• Perform domestic and household tasks

• Transport and accompany patients to the doctor's office or the hospital

• Assist with client's personal care activities

• Assist patients with mobility

• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.

Requirements:

• NYS PCA or HHA Certificate from a Department of Health-approved training School
