Job Description

The Contract Administrator functions both independently and as part of a team to deliver quality work product in a timely fashion while maintaining the confidentiality of Legal Department communications and documentation, in a manner that supports the goal to make Zywave the best in our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and administration of contracts that support the sale of our products, by use of approved standard modifications. 
  • Contribute to the review and administration of confidentiality agreements.
  • Draft communications and assist with documentation for various commercial and corporate matters. 
  • Analyze and communicate contract-related information to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage executed contracts and documents database, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Triage and respond to inquiries from internal customers in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Provide administrative assistance to Legal Department as needed. 
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with terms. 
  • Assist in administrative matters required for international compliance. 
  • Support Legal Department with other internal initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum three years progressive experience, with corporate law department experience desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree.  
  • Experience with drafting and reviewing contracts.
  • Solid, demonstrated written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Excellent team, oral communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict levels of confidentiality.
  • A confident, but flexible and adaptable personality
  • Capacity to work well with employees across all departments
  • Detail oriented in a fast pace environment 
  • Ability to work independently with self-motivation and manage impromptu tasks
  • Strong general computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office business software (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Internet usage.
  • Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning skills
  • Ability to uncover necessary facts and information when completing tasks
