POSITION DUTIES SUMMARY: Supervising and tracking production equipment performance indicators, evaluating company production line equipment; Managing equipment upgrading and modification, and research seminars, conducting relevant technical training, researching and recommending domestic available spare parts as proper substitutes for imported spare parts, meeting production requirements, reducing maintenance costs and time; Personnel and team management; Developing equipment application and maintenance relevant rules and regulations and operation instruction documents, supervising equipment maintenance plan effective implementation, promptly correcting and improving them; According to actual production analysis and technical requirements, effectively controlling and improving spare parts inventory and rational application, reservation plan and procurement plan management; Managing, rectifying and supervising equipment TPM (Total Production Maintenance) and 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu and Shitsuke).

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science or directly related field or foreign equivalent and two years of experience in each of the following:

• Equipment maintenance and
• Automobile glass production processes and automobile glass packaging production processes; understand equipment mechanics and electrical principles; be proficient in the application of automation programming software such as: AB, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and other brands of PLC programming; be familiar with KUKA, FANUC Operation, maintenance, programming, etc.; and be proficient in the use of Cognex vision camera inspection equipment

Must be 18 years of age or older.
