Job Description

 

 Springhill by Marriott Hotel in Bettendorf is looking for a  front desk agent.

This part-time front desk position is 2nd shift (3pm to 11pm) mostly consisting of weekend nights. If you're ready to be part of the excitement and make a difference in every guest's stay, we'd love to meet you!

At the Springhill, located in the growing TBK Sports Complex right off of I-80, no two days are ever the same.

What duties does the Front Desk Agent perform?

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for answering phones, taking guest reservations, performing check-ins and check-outs, answering questions about the hotel and area, along with handling and resolving guest complaints.
